03.05.09CNBC’s Rick Santelli — a man who is PISSED that homeowners are getting bailed out the in same way that the banks and automakers were — backed out of a guest appearance on “The Daily Show.” In what may be a related story, last night Jon Stewart devoted a full eight minutes to tearing apart CNBC’s horrifically lazy and incorrect reporting on the nation’s financial crisis. This is the Daily Show at its best: sharp, angry, and dismantling an institution’s arrogance.
How are you guys getting through the recession/depression? I keep my money in my socks. And I’ve taken a second job at a Port Authority toilet stall. You should stop by sometime.

I lost my house, and I fought to keep it….it is a load of crap that the scam mortgage artists can come in and take everything you have, you have no idea what kind of circumstances that occur.. you have a sick hubby or a disabled child and you have to take care of, go to dr’s clinics, and even testing centers, and when your insurance doesn’t pay for it?? What do you do??? You put it on your credit card, you have to make choices…It may not be the ones you choose however, you do what you have to do….It is life and adult choices, it makes me angry I lost my house after 18 years of equity, but, hey I got screwed…grow up…shit happens
