The Lincoln project will be a dramatic mini-series entitled ‘Manhunt’ (based on the book by James L. Swanson). It will be less about Lincoln and more about the lives of Booth, his accomplices and the federal investigators during the two-week period following the assassination (American history meets detective story). That being said, if you can find someone who would prefer “an exploration of the 27-year battle to desegregate public housing in the Yonkers district of New York”, I’ll eat my hat.

Public housing = hamsterdam. Aw yeah.

Am up to series 4 now. Y’know, i can’t think of any other recent show where i’ve found myself caring this much for so many of the characters. If things don’t work out for Dennis “Cutty” Wise i may have a goddamn nervous breakdown.
