It’s Memorial Day weekend, as you surely know. If you’d be so kind, please take a moment from barbecuing and watching Terminator: Salvation to remember the Americans who have died in uniform. They’re not just names in a paper: they’re real people who had little sisters, who were in love, who had plans of one day owning a strip club (seriously). So, to Lieutenant McPhillips, Lieutenant Stern, and Corporal Smith (assuming you get the Internet in heaven): I’ll see you guys on the other side. It’s a shame I’ll never get the chance to visit Smitty’s Titties.
Everyone else, I’ll see you on the other side of the weekend. That means Tuesday, although I’ll try to get some links up on Monday for the handful of chumps stuck at work on a holiday. After the jump, a list of all the show marathons airing this weekend, re-blogged from Interesting Pile.

Happy Memorial Day. Check out “Taking Chance”, it’s on AFN all weekend.
If you had known your service would someday lead to a Jon&Kate marathon, would you have gone?
/Bows head in respect to all those who have fought for this great country.
Just wanted to wish you and all of those with whom you’ve served a happy memorial day. Coming from a military family, our boys in combat are never far from my mind, and those we’ve lost are never forgotten.
As a democrat and a Philadelphia sports fan I have often been called godless and a lowlife, but let it never be said I don’t have respect for what americas soldiers have given to us for our 232 year history as a nation.
@Buddy: Frankly, the editing and balls-heavy camera angles leave a lot to be desired. It’s good for just about any other weekend — just not this one.
Can I watch your homemade porno?
Unless I’m watching my own homemade porno or Nuggets basketball, I’ll be pissed if I’m watching any TV.
So was Ufford the David Schwimmer of Iraq?
^Who did what now?
If you’d be so kind, please take a moment from barbecuing and watching Terminator: Salvation to remember the Americans who have died in uniform.
Respect.
McP – Thanks for your sacrifice. You stubborn son of a gun.
A “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ marathon?
Good. Now, we’ll finally be able to answer the age old question: “Just how enraged could Man get himself over a GD TV show?”
