National Spelling Bee (ABC) — Finally, all those years of not going outside, playing sports, making friends, or being in any way socially adaptive have paid off for these hopelessly awkward nerds (…says the blogger who won the school spelling bee three out of four years. Good luck at life, chumps!). Tune in to Kissing Suzy Kolber at 8 p.m. for the live-blog.
The Oprah Effect (CNBC) — An exploration of how Oprah saying she likes something makes certain people rich. Anyone from CNBC who asked critical questions about Oprah has since mysteriously disappeared.
Body of Evidence (IFC) — Yikes, could you imagine a Willem Dafoe-Madonna sex scene today? **shudder** It would be like rubbing two pieces of worn leather together.
Pitch Black (Sci Fi) — Underrated killer-alien/stranded-on-planet fright flick starring Vin Diesel as a badass with special eyes that allow him to see in the dark. It was good, but it certainly didn’t warrant The Chronicles of Riddick.
NBA Playoffs (TNT) — Eastern Conference Finals Game 5: Magic at Cavaliers. I can’t imagine LeBron letting Cleveland lose at home, but then I didn’t figure that Orlando would be a miracle shot away from sweeping this series, either.

Chronicles of Riddick Bowe was a pretty decent movie actually, but then again I’m just partial to Karl Urban’s gruff demeanor and frequent squinting.
He’s so dreamy – yet dangerous!
I won a spelling bee when I was in third grade after having to spell only a single word correctly – everyone else choked. My prize? A fucking Swatch.
Body Of Evidence’s garage scene is still a Hall Of Famer.
I want to see the protestors go to town on these spelling kids.

Yeah, Riddick Bowe was good, but he certainly didn’t deserve his own movie.
What’s the moneyline on a kid passing out tonight? +800?
/lost 3rd grade spelling bee on “unusually” … so many repeating letters, you bastards
I loved the Riddick Movie. All Back of The Bus and Shit….
