06.09.09 STEPHEN COLBERT IN IRAQ: AWESOME

Last night was Stephen Colbert’s first “Colbert Report” from Iraq, and it was just as good as his camouflage business suit promised it would be.  Or maybe it wasn’t all that good, and I just liked it because I was sufficiently traumatized by my experience there to laugh at jokes about the heat and lack of alcohol in Iraq. Either way, it gets a sharp salute from me, which is somewhat less impressive now that I have rolls of fat on my arms.
