Man, mike is bringing this thread back. It is funny to see all the butthurt in the Entourage fans’ posts though. Matt should totally get out of his mom’s basement haha. Clearly they have no idea of the context of the website or of Mr. Ufford. I imagine the Entourage supporters popping their collars as they mumble “haters gonna hate…”

is this the most commented on post in Warming Glow history? Is there an Entourage Fanboy site that redirects trolls here to defend this garbage? How many regular WG readers have both the blog’s normal sensibilities and the sensibilities of someone who would vehemently (entourage fanboys will need to look that up)defend this show. There was a time when Piven’s schtick was not overplayed and a I liked looking at the pretty girls and cars too, that doesn’t justify the continued existence of a stale concept that that has been in a redundant loop for the last 5 years.

entourage is the best show on air. if you dont like entourage you obviously dont know what a good show is. i absolutely defend entourage all the way. and you have no life if you try to shit on entourage

TV can be important b/c of the ideas it promotes. “Mindless Entertainment”, yes, Entourage would qualify. Personally, I think it’s a sucky show b/c teenagers & twentysomethings might think this is the “way of the world”… driving around in SUV’s, banging everything that walks/moves, drugs, apathy, hard work (not), decadence, the vapidness of vanity, materialism… just a shitty show w/ boring characters. Give me The Simpsons, South Park, or Seinfeld ANY day for my dose of “mindless entertainment”.

i agree! these guys are materialistic losers- and they are not even hot! this show is a masturbatory exccercise of geeks thinking they can get hot chics by driving tacky nouveau riche cars- so boring! there has been some genius on the show- Ari’s new partner played by Gary Pearll signing Sorkin from jail- but this show needs some drama and female characters that arent just dumb sperm repositories- Perry’s character (mrs ari) should cheat on his ass because he’s such an absent husband– and she actually has all the family money behind the agency

I love how the butthurt fans of a terrible television show, can wax poetic about how much of a loser you’d have to be to insult a television of show on a blog.

For what? Insulting a show you like?
Do you honestly feel that a blog about a tv show damages you enough to come here and display an almost illegal amount of hypocrisy?

What is worse? The “loser” who writes about a shitty show? Or the losers who scan said blogs, all in the name of defending a television show, as if their families have been insulted?
