07.12.09 JAY LENO WILL HAVE SEX WITH THIS CAR
Jay Leno went to London to host the unveiling of Jaguar’s new XJ horseless carriage, which shouldn’t be surprising given his notorious love of cars and extensive collection of rare and vintage automobiles. I find this video both tremendously boring and yet oddly fascinating: boring because I couldn’t possibly be less interested in cars, but fascinating because this is what Leno should have done for a living instead of comedy. He tells a story about how seeing his first Jaguar is what made him interested in cars, and there’s real passion there. Unlike his humor.
Jay, please, for America: stop hosting TV shows, and just make car commercials. Preferably in England. On British TV.

Jay’s going to be on Top Gear today or right now, don’t know the exact time it airs in the UK. Can’t wait to search the internet for a good quality clip that’s online instead of waiting all day for it to download on bittorrent.
