Rich Sommers plays Harry Crane (AKA The Guy With Glasses) on “Mad Men,” and he did this video (see below) that pokes fun at show creator Matthew Weiner’s desire for secrecy about plot developments.  It’s pretty funny; they go so far as to blur out mundane objects like a chair, a water cooler, and the “J” on Jon Hamm’s trailer.

I also appreciate anything that pokes fun at people’s obsession with not learning spoilers.  Drives me crazy, people freaking out about learning the simplest details.  Yesterday I was talking about District 9 on my Twitter and someone got upset because I mentioned that characters get vaporized.  Dude, it’s a movie about aliens.  Chances are someone’s gonna get vaporized.  Or exploded with lightning from a gun.  Or shot with a pig.  Okay, getting shot with a pig is pretty unlikely, but still: that’s not some major plot point.  It’s not a spoiler.  It’s not like I’m revealing that the main character dies to save the aliens.  Which, uh, totally doesn’t happen.  OR DOES IT????
