The thing on the top left is a side-car bubbler. There is no tubing in the picture, there is a white chair that looks like it is an extension of the pipe, but it is not. The glass on the top right is a zig-zag bong. The small pipe next to the petri dish is just a hand piece. I can confirm that all of the greenery is marijuana.
