I’VE GOT HALLOWEEN SPIRIT NOW
10.30.09I’ll be honest, this week has kinda raped me up and down the basketball court. I was always too tired and too busy to muster the time or energy to buy or make a Halloween costume. But the dancing pumpkin head guy from KXVO in Omaha has changed all that. Suddenly I very much want a Halloween costume, and I think I want it to be a black unitard with a pumpkin head. And I wanna dance.

For one day a year this guy [thinks he] is cool.
Is Pumkinhead wearing a wedding ring? I’m surprised some lucky lady managed to lock all that sexy down.
I assumed this blog was full of teen spirit.
Funny thing is, that guy hosted an Omaha evening news show every day on that channel that never garnered a single Nielsen viewer.
…of course he wasn’t wearing the pumpkin mask then.
I imagine this conversation took place in the control room after 20 seconds of dancing:
Asst director: Annd, take camera two, go to weath…
Director: *slaps hand away from control board* NO! Stay on camera one!
Asst director: Really? How much longer?
Director: Until it stops being glorious.
I think my favorite part about this is that, in the same situation, that is probably the EXACT same dance as I would perform.
And that is the first quality programming ever aired on CW.
