Back in August, Warming Glow featured a preview clip from a new FX series called “Lawman” starring Timothy Olyphant. It now has a trailer (video below) and a new name: “Justified.” I can only guess that it didn’t want to be named “Lawman” once A&E debuted “Steven Seagal: Lawman.”
Anyway, from what I can tell, Olyphant plays a U.S. Marshall named Raylan Givens who returns to his Kentucky home to F up bad guys’ S. In just about every scene in the trailer, Olyphant is either shooting someone, drinking whiskey, sweet-talkin’ women, or taking someone else’s gun. And he does it all while wearing a cowboy hat in the 21st century. I do believe this just might fill FX’s “badass” programming slot until “Sons of Anarchy” returns.

I saw the trailer for it during SoA and was confused why the name Justified didn’t ring any bells, even though I knew I’d seen the trailer here a few months back.

If I had to have gay sex with one guy, I mean, just one, like someone was holding my family hostage or something, I’d pick Timothy Olyphant. I’d just hope he doesn’t live up to his name, though.
