JERSEY PROTESTERS FIGHT STEREOTYPES
12.17.09Rich over at fourfour snapped several photos of the most half-assed protest in history outside the Viacom building in New York yesterday. Pictured here: a New Jersey local protesting the New Jersey stereotypes on “Jersey Shore” with a sign made from a pizza box.
“Ay! Why-a you make-a fun? Luigi bring-a da pizza box from work! You no like-a da sign? But Luigi work-a so hard on it! Two different markers he use!”

Also, we plan on doing this again, this time with the permits required to do this without having the cops chase us out of Times Square…. As of right now it’s scheduled for January 14th, 2010…. Click the link in my prior post to visit the protest group on Facebook.
Okay, first things first, I helped organize this little soiree in the city, and if you read our posts in the group that we started (which is how this protest came about) you will see that while we have real points to make, we’re not taking ourselves TOO seriously; we had a blast bugging out in the city for a few hours.
Also, in the defense of my good friend CatDog, who is holding the now-infamous pizza box sign, he is NOT a hipster.

Let’s stop the protesting and go back to beating up the beat.
“here comes the grease ball!”
But only one of the cast is even FROM Jersey. (Three if you count Staten Island as Jersey, which… okay. Three.) But still. They are just digging themselves a deeper hole.
Additionally, I think that pizza box was blank, and he decorated it.
I’m from New Jersey. We actually have no paper- just used pizza boxes. It’s what we make our furniture out of too.
Hey, why you make a funna Vinny’s a brother? Luigi isa sad that it’s a too cold for to wear a Speedo.
I have family that lives a few miles from where the show is filmed and they said they love it because they see idiots they went to high school still fist pumping the night away
I think Viacom would like to find a graceful way out of this, but they’re afraid to ask anyone from New Jersey what exit they should use.
Smello, Ronnie would POUND YOU OUT!
/The Situation was hilarious on Conan the other night
Maybe he’s just protesting the quality of the show?
I watched most of an episode last night. My biggest question – is Ronnie allergic to shirts??
Not seen: can of Axe body spray protruding from vest pocket.
The pizza box guy looks dangerously close to being some hipster “ironically” trolling in real life.
I’m against protesting, but I don’t know how to show it.
so did conan mock them? i completely missed it
What a bunch of fucking idiots.
