Scarves come undone. The necky does not. I wear something similar for my dog walks, with better results than with a scarf. But go ahead and mock improvements in what is otherwise a several centuries old technology. I bet people mocked ink pens when writing with quills dipped in blood was perfectly fine.

I’m sorry, but shouldn’t a lock de-icer help you unlock your car? Don’t you generally need a key in that type of lock? That lock de-icer looks more like a lock pick. (1:29) If that’s the case, definitely worth $10.
