“Jersey Shore,” MTV’s reality hit that features people who look like aspiring porn stars, will get its own porn parody called “Jersey Whores.” Gawker has all sorts of discussion about “meta” and the definition of parody, but here’s the announcement from NSFW Popporn:

Zero Tolerance Entertainment announced today its plans to shoot and release [hee hee! - Ed.] a porn parody of the MTV hit reality show, Jersey Shore. Jersey Whores will be written and directed by Spock BUCKTON and Brian Bangs and filmed by Mike Quasar.

I hate to be critical of porn, but I’m already disappointed in advance because the only way this should be made is with the original “Jersey Shore” cast. Porn stars are their physical ideal, so it’s only natural to expect them to make the leap. Just look at Jenni Farley (aka JWOWW) here. What I like about her is that she looks like a stripper and acts slutty like a stripper without actually being a stripper — so you could totally bring her home to meet your parents.
