PERFECT STRANGERS: SEATTLE EDITION
01.21.10Two guys recreated the opening credits of “Perfect Strangers” shot for shot, only they used Seattle as a backdrop instead of Chicago. Now, I’m predisposed to like this — I’m from the outskirts of Seattle, went to college near Chicago, and enjoyed “Perfect Strangers” as a kid — but there’s no arguing about the exacting level of detail that went into this. I can’t even imagine how much time went into scouting the right locations and re-shooting every scene to get everything just right — all so their 1:15 Internet video looked good. But whatever, it was worth it. For me, I mean. They wasted boatloads of time.

That’s odd, all the parks in Seattle I usually frolic through are lined with 25-year old homeless people.
Burnsy, one of those vagrants is actually Mark Linn-Baker.
It must be awesome to have that much free time to piss away on something like that.
“Perfect Strangers” is when I sit on both hands; one to beat off with and one to milk the prostate.
Bravo, people with nothing better to do.
How far did you have to dig to dust off the “Bronson Pinchot” tag?
/loved Perfect Strangers
// who was Larry’s girlfriend with the big rack?
So they were gay, right?
I’ll be Seattle Larry’s girlfriend with the big rack.
I think these guys are being ridikulus.
We’re so happy we do the dance of joy.
Di Di Di Ya tah da dat dat dat.
Hey..Hey..Hey..Hey..Hey..Hey
I would’ve framed the shots the same, but I’m a perfectionist.
Ah, Mark Linn-Baker, the only remotely famous person to come out of my hometown.
/man what a sucky hometown.
@Enrico – I’m pretty sure Bronson Pinchot would be panhandling on Pike Street as well.
