I’m not exactly eager for this week’s “Saturday Night Live,” which will be hosted by Twitter user Ashton Kutcher. And it’s gonna get worse before it gets better, as the next two hosts after a two-week break for the Olympics will be Jennifer Lopez (boo) and Zach Galifianakis (yay). From the Comic’s Comic:

Jennifer Lopez, fresh off of her impressive performance stealing the monologue from George Lopez on his TBS late-nighter Lopez Tonight, is expected to do double duty as host and musical guest on Feb. 27, 2010…

And the week after that, Zach Galifianakis — who told me in September he thought SNL might never let him host — is going do be doing just that in what should be a very special episode on March 6, 2010. Musical guest for that week still to be determined.

I suppose J-Lo could conceivably be okay. I’ll always have a soft spot for her because I loved Out of Sight so much, but whatever actress she used to be succumbed to the ravages of time and her ego and (alleged!) cosmetic surgery years ago. But Zach Galifianakis? Oh baby. My expectations are already way too high. I have to keep in mind that this is just “Saturday Night Live.”
