Tracy Morgan is such a darling of the humor media circuit that you may have grown tired of him. I haven’t, because there isn’t anyone else like him, and I value the unique for better or worse.
Morgan was on The Daily Show last night. Some moments dragged; Morgan made jokes about the Tea Party and Tiger Woods — two things about which there are no more original or funny things left to say. There were some highlights, though. Jon Stewart cruelly turned Morgan’s fear of wizards against him. Morgan introduced me to the phrase, “do something strange for a little bit of change.” Morgan elaborated on his refusal to watch Spider-Man. Stewart was christened with the nickname “Stew Beef.”
It isn’t quite the Tracy Morgan interview with Terry Gross, but it’s fun nonetheless. Video is after the jump.

Am I the only one who thought Morgan thought he was the first one to come up with the Teabaggers joke?
Good point. In that particular sense, it’s sort of amusing.
As a public service, Tracy and Whoopi Goldberg should jack off into a petri dish and make a funny person.
You know you’re A-List when you still eat at Burger King.
You BARELY heard that term?
Wow.
I guess there’s not a lot of prostitution in your area. Or you don’t get out a lot.
God Tracy Morgan in a retard. I have never enjoyed ANYTHING he has ever done. He seems to get stupider every interview. I dont think its an act.
Tobey
… just give Tracy the money you owe him.
… And Me (for Spider-Man 3)
Anyone else think Tracy Morgan sounds like a young Bill Cosby?
You made me hunt for the Terry Gross interview you filthy animal. But you’re still good people in my book.
