Discovery Channel gunman James Lee stormed into our TV-loving lives yesterday, then went out just as quickly in a hail of deadly gunfire. But he left us a particularly timeless environmentalist manifesto, which reached its apex with this quote:
Saving the environment and the remaning species diversity of the planet is now your mindset. Nothing is more important than saving them. The Lions, Tigers, Giraffes, Elephants, Froggies, Turtles, Apes, Raccoons, Beetles, Ants, Sharks, Bears, and, of course, the Squirrels.
Of course, the squirrels. We mustn’t forget them. The cuddly Froggies may grab headlines, but we must particularly cherish the squirrels. Of course.
With the spirit of James Lee guiding my blog, I took the best quotes from his manifesto and slapped them on the most appropriate pictures of squirrels I could find. Of course the squirrels. What else did you expect?

What if the squirrels are behind the destruction of civilization? Let’s get the History Channel to do a special on how the Squirrel Templar are secretly running the Discovery Channel. And let’s do it as a game show with the squirrels, blackjack, and hookers. In fact, forget the squirrels and the blackjack. Ahh screw the whole thing.
