What’s on Tonight: Anarchy!
09.06.11Sons of Anarchy (FX) — Season 4 premiere. This is it. Fall TV is finally here. Stay tuned to Warming Glow — we’ll have an official fall TV preview for you tomorrow.
Rachel Zoe Project (Bravo) — Season premiere. Dammit. Every time I get excited for good new TV like “Sons of Anarchy,” I realize that it arrives alongside new crappy reality TV.
Take the Money and Run (ABC) — Season finale. A Chicago couple has one hour to hide a briefcase with $100,000 somewhere in the city. Anyone who gets “broken” by the interrogators on this show has no business winning money.
Targeting Bin Laden (History) — WHAAAA? History programming on the History Channel? YOU DON’T SAY. If this is half as good as that New Yorker article about the Bin Laden raid, this’ll be awesome.
Flipping Out (Bravo) — Season finale. Sometimes I think Bravo might be worse than TLC.
LATE NIGHT GUESTS: The Kardashian sisters and Michael Emerson on Letterman; Wanda Sykes and Nick Swardson on Leno; Lisa Kudrow on Ferguson; Denis Leary and Olivia Munn on Fallon; Tim Pawlenty on Colbert; Aubrey Plaza (!) on Conan. Also, tonight is Jimmy Kimmel’s memorial episode for Uncle Frank.

Tara looking more like Jemma? Yes, please.
I developed the following drinking game for designated drivers to play while watching the Rachel Zoe project:
1. Drink every time Rachel smiles.
It’s pretty safe. Last time I finished with a BAC of -0.03.
Has anyone actually prevented the detectives from getting the money on Take the Money And Run?
@Taco – Take that back! You wouldn’t want Rose Byrne turning into Glenn Close would you? Tara and Byrne are great.
I like the motorcycle show….
I hate Bin Laden and his “ilk”
….the rest…?
thank goodness for DVR technology…..and masturbation proclivities…
Warning: You must sit through Piven to get to Plaza. Plan accordingly
Observer, what the fuck is with the extra periods? If it’s supposed to make you sound mysterious, it fails. It just makes you look like a half-witted moron. Go back to WWTDD and stay there with the rest of the filth.
……..Or is that………too complicated….?
I didn’t know Ron Perlman was cast as Mr. Furley in the new Three’s Company.
Good for him.
Seeing Rockmond Dunbar and Ray McKinnon on SoA tonight was pleasant. Lovely end to the episode, but it seemed gestural and overly expository (in the standard “season opener” mode) otherwise. I’m higher than Charlie Utter’s prostate.
Kalbuck…..

fuck-off
Fell asleep before SoA. Now to dodge an entire day of spoilers…
I’ll either have to shut off my computer or just blow up the internet.
Head…. back… to….

Perlman dresses like that to show his range as an actor. ‘In real life, I wear Hawaiian shirts. You know me as the head of a motorcycle club. ACTING!!!’
Perlman does wear the craziest shirts. Must have lost a bet. Then decided he liked wearing them.
I enjoyed the episode a lot.
