Google “entourage douchebag” and a link from Warming Glow appears third on the search list. That is unacceptable: this should be the foremost website for pointing out the douchebaggery on TV’s douchiest show, “Entourage,” which premieres for its eighth and final season this Sunday on HBO.

With that in mind, and with the wonderful thought of the show finally being off the air after seven years and approximately five clever jokes, here are the 10 biggest douchebag moments from “Entourage.”

Paramount Studios hosted a kickoff event for Season 7 of “Entourage,” and one lucky entertainment reporter had the good fortune to interview Jerry Ferrara, who plays Turtle, the supposed comic relief whose main character traits are being stupid and liking expensive sneakers.

“This year for the character is all about business,” Ferrara said. “He starts his own business — a limo company. Beautiful women driving the limos. It’s actually a great idea. I’m gonna do it in real life!”

As for the rumors there might be an “Entourage” movie coming after the show’s conclusion, Ferrara says he’s just as in the dark as we are. But he’d be game to act in a film.

“It’s a little early to tell. I hear the same thing,” he said. “And the minute I heard it, I told everyone, ‘I’m in.’ I’ll do this forever.” [LA Times]

Now, this is just typical red carpet banter, and it would be unfair to malign Ferrara for what amounts to a throwaway quote. But then, I’m not in the business of being fair to “Entourage,” am I? Maybe when that show is fair to my intellect or fair to the actresses who are fired if they don’t sleep with the actors on the show (allegedly!), I’ll have something besides venom for the show. Until then, yeah, I hope Jerry Ferrara can play Turtle for the rest of his life — assuming he dies in the next couple months.
